At Agent K7's headquarters, Special Agent Z has been requested to report for a new assignment. Internal troubles in the country have been slowing the defense program, and one unscrupulous leader is suspected. He is known to be in contact with certain enemy leaders and has been under constant observation. Intelligence has discovered that this man is expecting a visitor who may cause more trouble here, and so Agent Z's mission is to study these records and keep Agent K7 informed.
