At Agent K7's headquarters, Special Agent Z has been requested to report for a new assignment. A known spy, Karl Frankenberg has been making frequent visits between the city and another capital city. He has been carefully searched at the border each time, yet nothing incriminating has been found. Agent Z's mission is to investigate his activities and keep Agent K7 informed.
