At Secret Agent K7's headquarters, he has requested Special Agent Z be shown into the office for assignment. A report has been received from operative L6 who is in the Orient. A spy named Franz Robita, who has caused a great deal of trouble out there, sailed for this port recently. According to L6's information, Robita is coming here under the direct orders of the military group which controls the government of the aggressor in the Far East. His ship docks today, and it's Agent Z's mission to check on his activities and report back to K7.
