Rib has entered the Doc's surgery to let Doc Adams know that he is going to be running for mayor. He's going to be holding a political rally over at the PDOW lodge rooms, and he wants the Doc to come on over and introduce him. Over at the other side of town, the current mayor of the town is building his own political rally - but the style of his is very different!
