Del and Lily had just said goodbye to Aunt Mary and her household after spending the weekend in Wakefield. Now, with Del at the wheel of the car, the nightclub owner and the young entertainer, turned onto the highway which would lead them back to Chicago, and begin to discuss the good and bad events of the weekend.
