Every year at this time, Bill goes to the State University to lecture. Bill's lecture is given to the student body as a whole, but it is directed toward those studying geology and anthropology. The lecture is on the science of staying alive in the mountains and forest. You see, many of the students go into the mountains and forests to gather material first hand, under the leadership of competent guides and with the rangers constantly checking on their well being.
