Whiskery Bill the squirrel and Sir Algy make it to Rainbow Bridge where they go to ask for some the color red, which they need to change the white rose in to a red one to keep their promise to Jonathan Thomas. However, the rich rainbow keeper is such a miser he will not give them the red ruby gems he asks for. Oh dear.
