Alan is reading his old diary, and the interesting facts he has made a note of over the years. One he comes across describes a leak in the bathroom, which he reported to his landlady, but she didn't fix. So Alan decides to call her again, and be more firm - threatening to report her. Unfortunately it results in Mrs Blake telling him that she may not renew his lease! So now it's time for another harebrained scheme from Alan, on how to sweeten her up...
