Alan loves to go to the pictures with Betty. The movie has just finished and they're discussing the romantic love scenes - not the ones from the movie, the ones that they'd been displaying themselves! They're heading out to Alan's car, discussing the current housing shortage. Alan hasn't paid his rent for six months, and doesn't believe that there's a problem with that, until he and Betty drive past a home with all of the furniture on the sidewalk - which Alan realizes is his.
