Jonathan Thomas and his teddy bear Guz find them self in the city of Ohmagoodness in court, which is presided over by Old King Cole. He thinks there someone in the city who is a spy for the terrible Squeebublems who kidnapped Santa Claus. He instructs Professor Iamloony to act as prosecuter and the tired lion Mr Loudlyoroar to act as defence attorney.
