After the excitement of the last few weeks, Biggles and his air police find life extremely dull back in England. They perform their routine duties at Scotland Yard and their private aerodrome cheerfully enough, but each of them secretly longs for an assignment that will bring adventure and action again. As usual, assistant commissioner Raymond, is about to provide them with exactly the job they want!
