Username and Password Problems

Over the years I have spent many hours looking up usernames and passwords for members. It's not a problem as I do like to help, but it can be very time consuming and I prefer to spend my time reviewing more shows to go up on the site. If you could read the following before e-mailing me that would be a huge help.

If you can't remember your Username or Password

If you paid via CCBill:
You will be able to look up your username and password by going to the following page
                            https://www.ccbill.com/system/member.cgi
If that doesn't work you should also be able to find the username and password on the e-mail you received when you originally subscribed.

If you paid via WorldPay:
You should have received an e-mail from me confirming your username and password when you originally subscribed. If you can find that e-mail you should have all the necessary information.

If you paid via PayPal:
You will have sent an e-mail to me when you first subscribed that lists your chosen username and password. If you search the "Sent" folder of your e-mail system you might still have a copy of the original e-mail.

If you paid by check or money order:
You will have sent an e-mail to me when you first subscribed that lists your chosen username and password. If you search the "Sent" folder of your e-mail system you might still have a copy of the original e-mail.

If all else fails ...

If you have tried the above without success drop me an e-mail with the following details and I will gladly look it up for you at my end.

  1. Full name
  2. Zipcode
  3. Method of payment (i.e. CCBill, WorldPay, PayPal or Check/Money Order)
  4. E-Mail address used when initial subscribing (don't worry if you can't remember)

If you send me the above I will do my best to look it up and get back to you as soon as I can. My e-mail address is ned@rusc.com

If you are sure you are using the correct
username and password, but can't get in

There are usually only four causes when this happens and they are:

  1. It is a glitch in the system (I do my best, but I'm not perfect <grin>)
  2. Your subscription has expired (this might be due to you getting a new credit card)
  3. You are typing them incorrectly (make sure you don't have the capslock on for example)
  4. The server is down temporarily (usually it should be back up within an hour so it is worth waiting for a little while and then trying again)

If you are not sure or need my help please don't hesitate to e-mail me. I'll be happy to look into it and let you know what the problem might be. My e-mail address is ned@rusc.com
