Lieutenant Ben Guthrie has three of  Lester Yudo's henchmen at the police station but cannot convict them of murdering a man named Goldberg by beating him up as the witnesses are too scared to identify them. Lieutenant Guthrie decides to go and tell Yudo exactly what he thinks of him and his extortion racket.
