RUSC server outage

I am busy working on a complete rewrite of the programming code that works the RUSC web site. Everything will look and work in exactly the same way, but instead of it using php scripts everything will move over to ASP. To non-programmers this will all sound confusing I am sure, but you need not worry as cosmetically nothing will change.

My reason for sharing the above with you is that I will need to reboot the server quite a lot over the next day or two. I'll try to keep it to a minimum, but I just wanted to warn you in case you had any trouble getting in.

All of the work should be done within the next couple of days.
