More Bloopers

Joy and I were pleased by your response that you enjoyed the Gunsmoke Bloopers recently added to RUSC. Well, we have managed to get hold of a few more which we will add periodically beginning today with Lauren Bacall who in Old-Time-Radio circles is best know for her role along side Humphrey Bogart as Sailor Duval in Bold Venture.

We also have a couple of wonderful Jack Benny clips of great stand-up comedy moments which you would never hear on radio - well certainly not in the good old days so be warned they are a little risqué!

The Jack Benny Program entitled Allen's Alley which will be live on RUSC from the 20th May is hilarious as Jack puts a peg on his nose and pretends to be Fred Allen with Mary Livingstone, Dennis Day and Phil Harris being the residents of the Alley and the question of the day? Who is the better comedian, Jack Benny or Fred Allen? The responses are great. It's a hard choice but I guess we all know who was the king of comedy!

I will add an episode of The Fred Allen Show on 21st May then why not register your vote in our mini survey opposite.
