Clint's Song For Christmas
Clint’s Song For Christmas
Well I hope that by now you have completed your Christmas preparations and are ready for a Happy and Peaceful Christmas.
You may remember at about this time last year we added to RUSC a song called Christmas In Dixie, which had been recorded by friend of RUSC, Clint Mitchell especially for the season.
Now when I say recorded I don't mean he recorded it off the radio or from an album, he actually recorded it himself and this year you can listen to another festive song, Jingle Bell Rock performed by Clint to lift up your spirits.
Bobby Helms was the country western singer who originally recorded Jingle Bell Rock in 1957 and although this was released only two days before Christmas the single still made it in to the top ten on the pop chart.
Thanks to Clint this Old-Time -Song like old-time-radio sounds as good today as it ever did!
