It's 1924, and in the audience of Boston's Belmont theatre, society girl Hannah Adams, sits watching the show for the fifth time in two weeks. The show isn't really that good - but the affable young musical star, Tim O'Connor is certainly drawing her back. After the show, Hannah sees him outside where he's craving a good dinner. She takes him home, and one thing leads to another - marriage, and a surprising show business career for the both of them!
