Alfie Brannigan was a hotheaded young kid who three years ago was done for embezzlement with the help of Johnny Dollar and Brannigan’s wife. Brannigan was out of prison early for good behaviour and it was feared that he would act upon his courtroom threats to get even with his wife Marilyn and with Johnny Dollar.
