Woodrow Wilson was the 28th President of the United States and was in the White House from 1913 to 1921. This story is set in 1916 when Woodrow held a secret sunrise conference and tried to take us in to war over a year before we finally entered. As you know he was re-elected as the president who kept us out of war when it appears it was congress that actually did. And today we generally agree that Woodrow’s fear of worldwide exhaustion was only too well grounded.
