While out shopping Phil and Alice run into their new neighbor Mrs Stewart from Ohio. She doesn't let anyone get a word in edgeways! Her sister had just come in from Des Moines and she was in the market for a husband. Mrs Stewart asks Alice if she happens to know any eligible bachelors and she suggests Remley!  Remley is worried she is going to talk a lot like her sister but is a little more interested when she says she's a wealthy widow.
