Johnny's case today involves the case of the disappearance of 12 cabs from the Apex cab company. On arriving at the depot, Johnny finds the owner, Gordon McKissick, about to head off to the scene of another missing cab. The police have just informed him that the taxi driver has been slugged and the cab has been taken. It's driving everyone out of their mind.
