Gildy and his nephew Leroy are planning their summer vacation together and Leroy is looking forward to two whole weeks fishing with his uncle the last two weeks in June right after school finishes. But then when their trip is postponed because of Miss Marie Olsen Leroy becomes convinced that she has the elusive water Commissioner halfway to the altar and he isn't going to give up his uncle without a fight!
