Jeremy Withers is a crackpot old man who sends all $2000 plus of his insurance policy in to the company in crisp notes. Johnny Dollar becomes suspicious of this practice and discovers that some of the new $20 bills are part of the loot from a robbery at the First National Bank over in Millville.
