Jim Blake is a bounty hunter who makes his living hunting wolves. However he is not happy when the laws are changed so that you have to turn in the whole pelt and not just the ears and wonders why. He is told that the Webster’s are after any kind of fur and hope that in having to bring in useless fur the hunters will hunt valuable furs. However the Webster outfit has a crooked plan for making more money and when Jim Blake discovers it he is almost framed for it.
