Jim Blake a bounty hunter rode in to Mountain City with a chip on his shoulder. He reined up viciously, entered the café and yelled at the man behind the bar complaining about the change in the laws affecting the bounty hunter. But it seems the laws were a rumor started by the Webster's Fur Company so they could monopolize the fur trade.
