Three short plays of the ways of men, past, present and future. The first play called Memoriam is about one man's refusal to go to war claiming that fighting and war only breeds hate that does not die with victory. The second play Sole Survivors is about the war survival of a boy and his baby sister after losing his family. The final story Humbug is set twenty thousand years in the future and the total disbelief that men in the past could wage war against each other over land and race.
