Waterloo Bridge is a story of wartime romance and loss. Set in World War I London, a ballerina named Myra meets a British officer Roy. Their love blossoms but gets cut short when Roy is deployed. Believing Roy dead, Myra falls into despair and ends up on the streets. When Roy returns alive, he finds Myra a changed woman.
