Lt Gorman and Sgt Waters are working on the front desk and telephone switchboard duties, when there is a disturbance at the desk, and an elderly latino lady is clearly distressed, but she cannot speak English. Captain Kennelly comes out to help, but he is momentarily distracted by the lady while he translates. Shortly after the issue is resolved, a detective runs into the precinct asking if a guy in a brown sports jacket just entered. The guy is a suspected dope dealer on the run, and everyone is stunned that he has chosen the police precinct to hide out....!
