While driving in the early hours of a dreary foggy morning and under the influence of alcohol Jeff hits someone and leaves the scene. Fearful of losing his college scholarship Jeff turns to his father for help and his father to protect him goes to the police station and tells them that he was the hit and run driver. However he has an ulterior motive for taking the rap for his son’s crime.
