Today's Cavalcade comes to you for the first time from Charleston, the capitol of West Virginia. It's 1877 in Charleston. In his home, Congressman John E Kenna is working on a speech to the citizens of West Virginia, when he is interrupted by his daughter, who tells him about Lolo the Clown, a performer who is with the traveling circus, right there in town.
