Recently we have seen the revival of many fads that were popular twenty years ago. Such as the square dance, long skirts, short hair, and now the Ukulele. It's been a windfall for Frankie Remley as he's an expert on the Uke and has been giving lessons to all the youngsters in town. Julius came to Phil and Frankie asking them to teach him play the ukulele. Julius figured Emma would like him if he could play the ukulele. For once Phil and Frankie decide instead of tormenting Julius they'd help in promoting his romance.
