His name was 'Gerard the Great' - the unbelievable, the miraculous, the incredible mechanical man. And with him, the illusion died. Now Gerard is being buried in an obscure graveyard in Zurich, mourned by the clowns, and the freaks, and the dancers who decorate his tombstone with mementoes, props, all of the things that help to create illusion.
