Howard Peterson from the internal revenue pays a visit to A J Torkelson at his mansion as he owes Uncle Sam more than a little money. A.J. recounts to Mr Peterson how when he was a bum he came to be in ownership of the airplane, the Humble Sky Master and the business he called Torkelsons Flying Circus.
