Broadway, so called because Broadway seems to be his only home, knows all the guys and dolls and they know him. One night he is sitting in Mindy's restaurant on Broadway taking in some Hungarian goulash when in comes some guy who is a stranger to him and sits at his table. It turns out later that he becomes known as Tobias the Terrible and how that comes about is told in this story.
