Tonight on the Hallmark Playhouse it's Alice McKay's They Came To A River - a brave story about brave people. A love story of people who also loved their land. It begins in 1906 and tells the story of a young girl of 10 years old, until around 1920, and the people settling into the Entiat, WA valley. They Came To A River is one of the most heart-warming stories I have listened to in quite some time.
