The captain on the bridge of the luxurious liner shaded his eyes from the white glare of the tropic sun. His gaze swept over the tiny deserted island past the patch of white cloth flying from the top of a slender palm tree near the shore. Then he moved quickly to the quarter deck, stood quietly by as the ships doctor leaned over the half unconscious person they just brought aboard. The details weren’t available immediately but when the story was pieced together they discovered that it began some weeks before. Yes it had all started weeks ago on an island several hundred miles away…
