Strange things have been happening in Pecos Valley cattle county, striking terror in the hearts of the ranchers as violence brings bloodshed and even death. Red Ryder and Little Beaver are riding across the range when Red spots a huge cloud of dust. Something has startled at least 500 cattle causing them to stampede.
