Puerto Prince Haiti like many cities of the world is a mixture in sharp contrast of the old and the new. Modern business buildings line its streets but deep in the jungle and even in the plantations outside the city the drums of voodoo still sound their pagan rhythms in the night. And again the well dressed man who steps from a limousine at the entrance of the government building is a product of the new but the thing that awaits him is as old as terror itself…
