The scene opens with an investigation from Consolidated Insurance, who want to know why so many of the cars from a cab company were being wrecked. Well, you can't be a private detective and run your business with a book of rules, as it just isn't that kind of business, so it's up to private detective, Jerry Browning, to show the criminals trying to extort the owner, who's actually in the driving seat!
