Burke Reis is trying to buy Pessie out. He made him an offer last week but only for about a third of what the place is worth and now Burke Reis and his son Spike try to intimidate Pessie Neller and his wife by burning down their chicken coop. Marshall Matt Dillon is worried for the Neller’s as last year Burke bought a place for about a third of what it was worth from Ed Thomas's widow.
