Out on their patrol, they come across a cab driver with an abusive drunk in his taxi. When the patrolmen try to help him out of the cab, he starts to swing punches at them. The man's name is Charles Lowfield, a 33 year old gentleman from Park Avenue. They arrest him, put him in the back of the patrol car and take him to the station house. When they arrive, Patrolman Farrell takes the prisoner to the front desk to book him on charges of the violation of 722 penal law - disorderly conduct.
