Summertime is a good time for most people there are vacations and all that goes with it, the fun, the games and the freely spent money, which has been saved during the other eleven months of the year. And where there is freely spent money we find those who dip their fingers in it for their own purposes. Ozzie White dipped his fingers in to that money and came up with double handfuls. Ozzie controlled the slot machines, the one-armed bandits that stood invitingly in every bar and casino in the resort area where Ozzie operated.
