George Valentine doesn’t enjoy being played for a sucker so when Tim McGeehan comes in to his office with a weak kneed story he takes no time in turning the tables on him. Valentine takes him to Apple junction where he proves that he committed the hitchhike robbery of the salesman north of town. However Valentine has been taken for a sucker because he discovers that at exactly the same time Tim’s wife is being murdered south of town…
