Since our last episode, many changes have taken place. Inspector Blair's police service is at an end. He is now retired on pension at his farm in Fraser Valley. All the survivors of the old days are gone from the ranks of the police. Only Mike Rafferty, now a Sergeant remains to tell of the days of the old North West Mounted Police.
