Pablo intercepts a stage coach robbery. When he gets back to town with the dead, dying and injured, there are two dead already from the gunfight, and the coach driver Jim Potter is fatally injured. Before he passes away, he gives Doc the name of one of the robbers. Later that night, one of the other robbers dupes an unsuspecting Doc into believing he is heading out on the trail to help a fallen horseman, but once they're out of town, he pulls a gun on him. He wants the Doc to fix up none other than the lead robber, Jebb Oliver, who has been seriously injured during the gunfight!
