You are in the muster room at the 21st Precinct, the nerve center. A call is coming through. You will follow the action taken pursuant to that call from beginning to end when the final report is written in the 124 room at the 21st Precinct.

Captain Kennelly is promoted to Deputy Inspector and Captain Cronin takes command of the 21st Precinct. Captain Kennelly is sad to be leaving the 21st Precinct but happy for the promotion and extra money. Captain Cronin is going to have to be someone good to replace Kennelly.
