George Valentine went through the wars with a fellow who became his buddy. He lost touch with him and then suddenly his wife turns up saying he’s in the sanatorium and a mental case. When George Valentine tries to see what it’s all about a bullet comes at him from nowhere. More than that he is told his buddy is getting the best possible care but he’s not convinced and decides to investigate further.
