A young man holds up a bank and steals $5000 maims one bank teller and kills another for no good reason. Brit Ponsett the six shooter is in town and goes on the trail of the killer with the good sheriff Ed Schofield (played by William Conrad). However both men suspect that the killer is Ed’s own son Ben.

This is a heart warming and suspenseful story which was responsible for the spin off of the Six Shooter series. It might well have been the precursor for Gunsmoke too!

With all the stars it was almost Six Shooter meets Gunsmoke. As someone who loves both of these series this is a real treat!
