A package filled with explosives leads to the discovery of a labor protection racket. The first person Johnny interviews is the victim's brother, Charles Shayne - who is currently languishing in the county jail. The bomb came from California, and so did the victim's brother, and after talking to him, there are too many coincidences for anyone to consider any different conclusion...
