The entire civilized world and more particularly thoughtful citizens of Los Angeles who appreciate that they live under the protection of an efficient peace time army are today in many ways honoring the policemen who uncovered the gang who brought about kidnapping and brought its members to swift justice. This program compliments the work of Captain Howard Barlow who has built up the fingerprint and identification bureau of the Los Angeles police department to a position second to none of any similar department in the world.
